About

A decision intelligence workspace for founders and advisors.

Aisocrat is being built to make startup decision work clearer, more traceable, and easier to revisit over time. The beta is already useful, but still evolving.

What Aisocrat is for

Aisocrat is built to help founders and advisors make better decisions under uncertainty. Compass gives a fast orientation layer. Centaur keeps the case legible across commitment, tracking, review, and learning.

What it is not

It is not a generic CRM, a project manager, or an advice feed. The product is designed around diagnosis, bottleneck localization, and clearer next moves rather than broad activity tracking.

How the beta should be used

The current version is best treated as a structured decision workspace. It is useful for founder situations that feel underdetermined and for advisor cases that need continuity across multiple sessions, but the product is still being calibrated.

Why the method matters

Aisocrat uses the NSV framework to distinguish traction from drag, separate competing explanations, and avoid over-prescribing “more effort” when the real issue is coherence, phase, or transformation quality.
